Reid Hutcherson

Reid Hutcherson has been with Hutcherson Construction for 13 years, beginning his career as a Project Manager and advancing to his current role as President. A graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a BBA, Reid combines business acumen with hands-on construction experience to lead projects that make a meaningful impact.

As the son of J. Hutcherson, Reid has witnessed the company's growth and evolution since he was born, instilling in him a deep appreciation for the family legacy and the importance of quality, integrity, and community. Under his leadership, Hutcherson Construction continues to deliver high-quality commercial construction in Arlington, TX, North Texas, & across the United States specializing in sectors such as healthcare, mission-critical facilities, commercial, non-profit, industrial, and education.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Reid is a devoted husband and father of three. He and his family are active in the Arlington and surrounding DFW communities where Reid believes in building strong relationships both on and off the jobsite. He views success not just in completed projects, but in the positive impact made on the lives of those served.

Kellie Coffee

After graduating from Arlington High School in 1984, Kellie began working at HCI in 1991. In those early years, the company was a true family operation—her parents, sister, and brother all working together to grow the business.

Over the past 34 years, Kellie has served in many roles and has had the unique privilege of working alongside three generations of family leadership, her father, her brother, and now her nephew. She currently serves as the Secretary and Treasurer and handles all HR relations, helping guide the company with the same dedication and values that have defined HCI from the beginning.

She is also the proud mother of two sons, Bailey and Keaton, who have been the central focus of her life.
