Titus Regional Medical Center Pharmacy Renovation

This project consisted of the renovation of existing pharmacy clean rooms on the ground floor of a rural hospital, including spaces used for sterile compounding and chemotherapy preparation. The work was completed to support compliance with USP 797 and USP 800 standards. Scope included selective demolition as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades to accommodate the updated clean room environments and required operational criteria.
