We completed a 3,860-square-foot addition and comprehensive renovation to an existing 3,680-square-foot, single-story medical office for Dunn & Chadwick Family Medicine of Texas Health Huguley, creating a modern healthcare facility that better serves the growing Crowley community. This healthcare construction project included a full interior build-out, transforming the original shell into a fully functional medical clinic with exam rooms, private offices, a staff break area, and a welcoming lobby for patients and visitors—while also adding a 3,860 SF building addition to expand the facility’s capacity. The project featured an upgraded natural stone exterior and enhancements to the single-story, wood-framed structure, showcasing our expertise in medical office renovations, healthcare facility additions, and high-quality commercial construction.
