Hutcherson Construction — 2025 Year in Review
As we reflect on 2025, we’re incredibly grateful for a year defined by growth, meaningful partnerships, and the people who make Hutcherson Construction what it is.
This year, we welcomed exceptional new team members across project management, field leadership, and operations — strengthening our ability to deliver complex work while staying true to our people-first culture. We were proud to celebrate major milestones within the Hutcherson family. A standout moment was honoring Kelli on her 35-year anniversary — a remarkable achievement that speaks to her dedication, leadership, and the institutional knowledge she brings to our organization every day. We also celebrated additional career milestones, including Reid Hutcherson’s continued leadership and 13 years with the company, reflecting the long-term commitment that defines our culture.
Beyond the jobsite, 2025 was a year of personal joy as well. Several of our team members grew their families, welcoming new babies and exciting new chapters in their lives. These moments are a meaningful reminder that while we build impactful spaces, we are also committed to supporting our people beyond the workday.
This year we also hosted our first-ever client appreciation event — an opportunity not only to connect with our partners, but to give back to our community. In the spirit of service, the event supported our neighbor, Mission Arlington, a local nonprofit dedicated to meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals and families through food assistance, housing support, education programs, and community outreach. Giving back alongside our clients made the event especially meaningful and reflects the values that guide our company.
From a project standpoint, 2025 was marked by strong momentum across key markets, including healthcare, mission-critical/data center, and complex commercial interiors. We were honored to deliver projects that required thoughtful coordination, live-environment phasing, and precision execution.
Notable work this year included healthcare renovations such as multiple Cook Children’s clinics across the metroplex, a new clinic for Suvida Healthare in Garland, TX and the groundbreaking of a new Texas Health Huguley Hospital clinic in Burleson, TX. Our teams also continued supporting education, non-profits, mission-critical and data-driven environments, where reliability, safety, and schedule certainty are paramount.
None of this would be possible without the trust of our clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners. In 2025, we had the privilege of forming new partnerships while strengthening long-standing relationships — collaborating with teams who share our commitment to quality, transparency, and teamwork.
What stands out most from 2025 isn’t just the projects completed — it’s the relationships built and strengthened along the way. Those relationships are the foundation of our success and the reason we look toward 2026 with confidence and excitement.
As we head into the new year, we’re energized by the momentum of 2025 and ready to continue growing — our team, our partnerships, and the meaningful work we deliver.
Thank you to everyone who was part of our 2025. We’re proud of what we accomplished together and excited for what’s ahead.
